Worse

Had a crap run today. 2 miles was all I could manage. I think I ate something that didn't quite agree with me yesterday (though I can't figure out what) as I feel very weak and queasy. Whatever it is, I hope it passes as I'm supposed to take my nephew to a hockey game tonight. I may pass on oysters this time around.

Actually, between starting this entry and starting this sentence, I do feel a little better. I didn't do entirely awfully. I got 2 miles in which is above what the Higdon training plan wants me doing. (Granted, I've barely been following that anyway as I've been consistently running well over the mileage it suggests, but oh well.

Scale said I was 215 which I hope is accurate. I suspect it could be. If so, that's 10 pounds in one month. Not too shabby, though if I continue to feel like this, I may have to take a harder look at my nutrition numbers and see if I'm lacking anything. I've been pretty good about making sure I get enough of everything, so hopefully this is just a bad day.

Ah well, back to work.
