Further progress

Looks like the system is working. As of this morning I lost another pound. This is about the rate I was expecting given the amount of cardio I'm doing and the caloric balance I've been able to maintain. (My net calories for the last two weeks is almost exactly 1500 a day). If I feel I'm dropping the weight too quickly, I'll make adjustments, but I feel fine and I do feel I'm getting enough nutrients. I could probably stand to get a wee bit more protein but I think I'm doing well on that.

The real test now is not to try to escalate the cardio too fast and wind up with another injury. So far I think I'm doing pretty well. Given today's workout (60 minutes at an average 12 minute pace) I think I can take it relatively easy tomorrow.

Assuming I can maintain this trend, I should be at least back down to being non-overweight by the Spring.
